Broken Items:
Our products are fragile by their nature and occasionally break during the shipping process. To receive credit for your broken items, please notify us of the problem within two business days of receipt of your order and send us a picture of the broken pieces. All broken items need to be held for two weeks to allow for inspection by the shipping company. Your broken pieces will be replaced and shipped within a week from the date we receive a picture.
